Not at all. We'll teach you everything you need to know about your unique chart and how to apply it to your healing journey. No prior knowledge required.
Wild Liberation™ complements therapy beautifully. Many participants continue their therapy while in the program. We recommend letting your therapist know you're doing this work.
No. While our language resonates with many women, all genders are welcome in Wild Liberation™.
All group calls are recorded and available within 24 hours. However, the magic happens in the live experience, so we encourage you to prioritize attendance when possible.
Plan for 90 minutes for the live call, plus 2-3 hours for integration work (lessons, journaling, practices). Most participants spend 4-5 hours per week total.
We use trauma-informed practices throughout. You'll never be forced to share or go deeper than feels safe. Sarah is trained to hold space for activation and regulation.
This program focuses on your healing and reclamation. However, if you're in an actively abusive situation, we recommend getting support for safety first.
